Noemi Eckhoff

Noemi Eckhoff is an expert in intelligence analysis, as well as strategic, tactical, and administrative crime analysis. Her primary focus is providing support as an embedded crime analyst to the Crime Analyst in Residence (CAR) Program, a nationwide initiative funded by the BJA/DOJ. Before joining CNA, Eckhoff served as the first full-time Crime Analyst for the City of Rockwall (TX), in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. She worked on establishing a Crime Analysis Unit, to help meet the future needs of the rapidly growing city and aided with intelligence gathering and threat monitoring to the North Texas Fusion Center’s regional safety efforts, as a Fusion Liaison Officer. In recognition of her efforts, Eckhoff received a New Analyst of the Year (2022-2023) Award from the Texas Law Enforcement Analyst Network (TXLEAN). She also served as the first Chair of the Emerging Professionals Group – a global initiative by the International Association of Law Enforcement Intelligence Analysts (IALEIA) established in 2023, supporting up-and-coming intelligence professionals from all over the world. Eckhoff holds a Master of Science degree in Forensic Science from the University of Florida and has a certificate in Crime and Intelligence Analysis from California State University, Sacramento.
